This is our story.

At the beginning, there was a desire to support each other.

The HR Brainstorming Community was formed in March 2021, thanks to the frenzy surrounding employee testing for Covid. This led us to the idea of regular meetings within the HR community to brainstorm about everything that interests us.

It turned out that our platform has something to offer to HR professionals, even though the topic of testing ceased to be current. New members started to join rapidly, and by the fall of 2023, we already had more than 2000 members in our Facebook group and on LinkedIn.

We stick together both online and offline.

In addition to Facebook, where a group chat is very active every day, we regularly meet at joint gatherings. We share know-how among ourselves, we have ambassadors from the ranks of HR experts and for certain topics, experts outside the HR field.

In May 2022, under the leadership of Lenka Sovová, we organized a Job Fair for people from Ukraine fleeing the war. We successfully connected people from Ukraine with employers from the South Moravian region, and the event attracted 1,500 visitors. The initiative was recognized in October 2022 as part of the HR Excellence Awards (HREA).

Our mission is the development and professionalization of HR

In the future, we aim to advance the HR field with our initiatives and enhance the perception of its value within companies. Our goal is to create a secure environment for HR colleagues to share best practices and to organize regular meetings and workshops on topics that we decide through voting.

Lenka Sovová

CEO | HR, DEI and ESG Consultant

Lenka has spent most of her career in senior HR roles. She has led several nationwide programs, including one supporting people with autism. In 2021, she founded HR Brainstorming, a community that connects HR professionals across the country. She has long been dedicated to diversity, works as a methodology expert at the National Institute of Mental Health, is active in the We Are Fair initiative, and consults in the areas of HR, DEI, and ESG. She believes that sustainable business is built on fairness and respect.

Přemysl Chodura

CFO, Vice-Chairperson of the Association

Přemysl keeps our finances, compliance, and website running smoothly. He has long focused on business and IT analysis, helping clients turn ideas into clear, achievable outcomes, with additional experience in project and product management. He has worked in telecommunications, logistics, and software, and has been active in the nonprofit sector since his university days. He combines attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture and create solutions that work.

Petra Vaňková

Head of Business Relationship Development

Petra has long been dedicated to education across generations – from children to adults. She started her HR journey in job advertising and organizing job fairs and community events. Today, she focuses fully on employee development and corporate learning. She believes that quality education is key to navigating changes in the labour market. At HR Brainstorming, she’s part of the core team. Her passion is Italy and the Alfa Romeo brand, for whose fans she organizes events across Europe.

Michaela Beno

Head of Communication

Míchaela has long been involved in external recruitment, specializing in mid- and senior-level positions in marketing, sales, e-commerce, and advertising. She has experience leading small teams and aims to further grow in the area of leadership. She values long-term client relationships and an individual approach. At HR Brainstorming, she supports the team by managing communication on social media.

Dominika Krainová

Head of Education and Ambassador Care

Dominika brings years of experience in both customer support and HR – from recruitment and onboarding to handling all the behind-the-scenes admin. Today, she combines these skills as the Education Program Coordinator at HR Brainstorming. She makes sure our webinars run smoothly, keeps in touch with our ambassadors and participants, and holds the strings that keep our learning activities running like clockwork.

Marie Adamcová

Head of Education and Ambassador Care

Marie brings together HR, education, and employee development in her work. Alongside organizing and coordinating learning activities, she’s passionate about continuous learning to stay current. She’s keen on using modern technologies and smart solutions to make work easier and save time. At HR Brainstorming, she coordinates learning programs, supports trainers, ensures events run smoothly, and looks after participant satisfaction.

Karolína Vostrá

Head of Product Development – HR & ESG Consultant

Karolína has dedicated her career to HR, gradually growing into the role of HR Manager. Over the years, she has gained experience in IT recruitment, talent development strategy, and HR business partnering, always with a focus on ethics, transparency, and diversity. She is a certified coach who combines an analytical mindset with a deep interest in work psychology and sustainability. At HR Brainstorming, she focuses on product development, event support, and consulting in HR and ESG.

Veronika Látová

Multimedia & Marketing Intern

Veronika is a multimedia student at the University of Pardubice, developing her skills at HR Brainstorming in graphic design, video editing, web content, and data analytics. She works on video teasers, YouTube channel management, SEO, and marketing posts. She enjoys combining stories, visuals, and data – whether through HTML, editing, or a philosophical chat. She’s always exploring where her diverse skills make sense and how to turn them into something meaningful.

Yury Nudga

Head of Development

Yury is a web application developer whose work is also his hobby. He loves exploring new technologies and continuously learning to ensure his projects align with the latest trends in web development. In his free time, he focuses on programming or personal growth, and when he needs to recharge, he enjoys sports. Thanks to Yury, we have a website that supports not only us but, most importantly, our community. His work and dedication to our mission are an essential part of our journey, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

Dana Lörincová

HR Business Partnering & Well-being Expert

Dana has been a passionate HR professional for over 20 years, believing that people are a company’s greatest asset. She focuses on building trust and employee empowerment, combined with performance management, goal-setting, and open communication. As a senior HR manager, she takes a broad approach – from branding, compensation, and innovation to mental health and sustainability. At HR Brainstorming, she contributes to strategic project development and the HR BRAINS conference.

We are a community

HR Brainstorming is not formed just by the most senior HR experts, but by all individuals who care about our field. They invest their hearts into the project, and when it comes down to it, they can come together and contribute something extra. This was also the secret to the success of the campaign on Hithit, which helped to propel our activities further.
